The estate consists of nine terraced houses whose alternating flat and gable roofs and modern finishing materials – titanium-zinc sheet metal, wood and glass – give the whole a contemporary, aesthetic character.
Harmony with the environment
The development was designed as a complex of nine terraced houses, with the goal of creating a modern and aesthetically pleasing living space. To break the monotony of typical terraced housing, a simple yet effective solution was implemented – diverse roof shapes. Individual houses alternate between flat and gable roofs, giving them a distinct character while simultaneously breaking up the uniform mass of the development. This gives the entire development a dynamic and modern look that blends harmoniously with its surroundings.

Modern and durable materials were used to finish the facade, such as titanium-zinc sheet metal, wood, and glass balustrades, which add lightness and elegance.
Glass balustrades open up views from balconies and terraces, lending the architecture transparency and a modern lightness. The contrast of materials and their careful juxtaposition create a cohesive yet dynamic composition, emphasizing the individual character of each unit. As a result, the development presents itself as an elegant, modern space that combines timeless style with high functional values.
