We design premium houses and residences — spacious (usually from 400 m²), with accompanying functions that make a real home for demanding investors. We combine individual architecture with genuine technical know-how rarely found in one designer.

We design residences with a pool and wellness area, sauna, multi-car garage, games room, home cinema, wine cellar, cigar and whisky lounge or a home art gallery. Each of these functions is a separate technical challenge — and we have them mastered.

This is our real advantage: as a studio that designs large water facilities, we know how to make a home pool and saunarium that are both beautiful and reliable — with proper ventilation, humidity and durable materials. This is rare among residence designers.

Bespoke designs

Our portfolio includes houses with distinctive architecture — among them Dom Podleśny in Brzeźce, Dom kostka, Dom wstęga, the Modern Barn in Katowice and houses in Rybnik and Wieszowa. Each design is a bespoke response to the plot, lifestyle and the investor's needs.

Full scope

We run the project from concept, through building and detailed design, to author supervision. We also design in demanding ground conditions, including in Silesia.
