Regulations for registration and participation in the event organized by TKHolding Truszczyński Kobierzewski
§1 General Provisions
1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules for registration, participation, and processing of personal data in connection with the organization of the event called "Event" (hereinafter referred to as the "Event").
2. The Event Organizer is TKHolding Truszczyński Kobierzewski, operating as part of the TKHolding project group.
3. The controller of personal data collected via the Website is SCHICK ARCHITEKCI SP. Z O.O., address: ul. Niedurnego 99c, 41-709 Ruda Śląska, KRS: 0000439333, NIP: 6412529693, REGON: 243105529, e-mail address: office@tkholding.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").
§2 Subject of the Regulations
1. These Regulations define the rules for registration, participation, and conduct of the Event.
2. The Event is educational in nature and aims to build awareness of architecture, urban planning, and design.
3. Participation in the Event is free of charge.
§3 Registration and Participation
1. Participants must register via the registration form available at www.tkholding.pl.
2. Participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Participation is contingent upon:
a) reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions,
b) consenting to the processing of personal data within the scope specified in the Terms and Conditions,
c) consenting to being contacted by telephone and email by representatives of TKHolding Truszczyński Kobierzewski for the purpose of organizing the Event.
4. The Organizer will confirm the participant's qualification electronically (email).
§4 Participant Image
1. The Participant acknowledges that the Organizers are entitled to use their image free of charge and for an unlimited time in connection with participation in the Event, including in materials published online (social media, websites), in the press, in printed materials, and in video materials.
2. The Participant consents to the above upon submitting the registration form.
§5 Personal Data Processing
1. Personal data provided in the registration form will be processed for the following purposes:
a) sending information related to the organization and conduct of the Event – legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller),
b) telephone and email contact regarding matters related to the Event – legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR (participant's consent),
c) marketing – legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR (participant's consent),
d) accountability and demonstrating compliance with the law – legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR,
e) pursuing and defending against legal claims – legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR.
2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Event.
3. Data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Organizer in the implementation of the Event (e.g. coordinators, technological partners).
4. Participants have the right to:
a) access their data,
b) rectify their data,
c) delete their data or restrict their processing,
d) transfer their data,
e) object to processing,
f) withdraw their consent at any time by sending a message to office@tkholding.pl.
5. Participants have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe their data is being processed unlawfully.
§6 Liability
1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Event program, date, or form of its implementation due to reasons beyond its control (e.g., force majeure, administrative decisions).
2. The Organizer is not responsible for events resulting from the actions or omissions of Event participants.
§7 Final Provisions
1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.
2. The Terms and Conditions are available on the website www.tkholding.pl.
3. Submitting a registration form constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
