PRODUCING
0 kW PER YEAR

In this project, architecture is shaped by energy—literally. The building’s form and site layout have been optimized for solar exposure, enabling the integration of multiple photovoltaic systems, including an adjusted rooftop for PV installation, enhanced by sloped PV surfaces. The total installed capacity will reach 638 kWp, making the energy strategy a key design driver.

Our concept is all about connection. Instead of a closed form, we designed two wings linked by a bridge – reflecting Szczecin’s character. With 17 pools, 16 saunas, a climbing wall, bowling, squash, ice skating, escape room and a science center, the space offers something for everyone. It truly lives, adapts, and brings people together – the building inviting, not dividing.

outdoor pools

More than a place to swim, the outdoor pool becomes a shared urban living room – a space where people gather, relax, celebrate, and belong. Designed as an open, sunlit extension of the city, it invites spontaneous meetings, summer rituals, and lasting memories. It’s a place where architecture supports community. The return of outdoor pools reflects society’s evolving needs.

0 Levels of Science

The idea for the Educational Center is to connect people through science and to inspire the joy of learning in new generations. Centered around water as a source of life, knowledge, and connection, the space invites visitors to explore our relationship with the natural world and each other. To enhance experience, the center uses virtual guides based on popular science voices.

0 seasons,one space

A multifunctional outdoor zone adapts to the seasons and local needs – in winter, when temperatures in Poland drop, the amphitheater transforms into an ice skating rink with a winding ice track. In summer, it serves as an amphitheater and summer cinema. Inspired by the site’s history, it sparks memories and responds to the needs of the community and visitors.

energy than it needs

This energy-positive building produces twice as much as it needs. A true icon of sustainability – in 2019 alone, the system generated 14,000 MWh of electricity and the same amount of heat. Powered by a closed-loop system turning city waste into biogas, powering the water park and supplying clean energy back to the city. A green-powered landmark: Tychy’s Perpetuum Mobile.

ART Worth,

Tamara Łempicka was an icon of Art Deco. The uniqueness of her paintings continues to captivate audiences worldwide. Inspired by our motto - thinking outside the box, we created a gallery with Tamara’s mosaics, honoring her legacy through art. Like in Ancient Roman Baths, visitors combine health benefits with artistic experience, finding harmony of body and soul.

Sauna Heksagon is a large-capacity cabin designed for spectacular rituals and competitions. Its hexagonal form ensures optimal airflow, visibility, and acoustics while maximizing energy efficiency. With seating for up to 200 people, the space with centrally placed stoves is adjusted for performance, offering Olympic-level quality and versatility for any scale of event.

Geothermal

0 kWh PER
YEAR, ENERGY SAVED

What makes this project truly unique is the synergy between the hotel’s geothermal system and a salmon farm. Water used in the fishery is cooled through the aquapark itself, which serves as a natural heat exchanger. Unlike the cold Baltic, the hotel’s pools use geothermal water, ensuring  comfort all year around with special rooftop pool blending into the sea horizon.

0 Classes

Primary School No. 17 in Ruda Śląska, where every class enjoys its own green space. Modular classrooms arrangement with a central spine and open gardens, offers a healthier, more engaging learning environment. Surrounded by nature, students grow, explore, and thrive every day. The modular structure allows easy phased expansion, like the tree grown with branches.

Fractal Park is a residential concept located at the edge of the city, where urban fabric meets the landscape. This fractal differentiation allows it to respond to directions and surroundings, optimize sunlight, improve ventilation, and open up panoramic views. Each module is slightly shifted, creating a dynamic facade adn layout that breaks the monotony of standard high-rises.

HERITAGE

Built in 0,
oldest polish mall

Kaufhaus is the oldest department store in Poland, built in 1904 in Fridenshütte (now Ruda Śląska) using clinker brick with Art Nouveau elements. It was designed to attract residents by offering exceptional amenities. The recent restoration revived its historic character, lost through damage and alterations during communism era, bringing local heritage back to life.
