The project involves the creation of a modern single-family residential building that blends naturally into the surrounding landscape. By utilizing materials such as wood and stone, along with a simple, clear volume featuring a gable roof, the structure combines contemporary aesthetics with a timeless form. The house's architecture emphasizes a closeness to nature while providing comfortable and functional living conditions.

The planned development has been adapted to the existing environment and the character of the neighboring buildings. The location determines a ridge line parallel to the road, as well as the scale and form of the structure. The project is inspired by the calm, natural character of the surroundings.

The building serves a single-family residential function, complemented by parking spaces and a terrace with a pergola. The interior layout is designed to be clear and functional, with a distinct separation between the living and private zones. The simple main volume is enhanced by lower elements on the south-western side, which lend lightness to the entire composition and create a welcoming leisure space. The building was designed with the residents' comfort in mind, ensuring spaciousness and ample natural light throughout the rooms.

A domestic sewage treatment plant has also been designed alongside the building.
