Vital Pools is a unique hydrotherapy space that combines the traditional benefits of a sauna with a much gentler and more accessible experience. The complex consists of a sequence of pools with temperatures ranging from 12°C to 42°C, where each stage of the bath guides the body through a process of cleansing, regeneration, and strengthening the immune system. Alternating immersions in cool and hot water helps the body regain its natural balance, improve circulation, and calm the mind.
