The Chełm facility's architecture reflects the local chalk deposits, and its facilities include sports and recreational pools, saunas, a fitness center, and a bowling alley. By incorporating cost-optimizing solutions—such as a wild "8" river and attractions that don't require electricity—we've created a modern, functional, and economical Water Sports Center.

Architecture rooted in local heritage and economic optimization
The design of the facility stems directly from its location. Chełm, a city in the Lublin Voivodeship, is famous for its historic chalk mine – a unique relic of chalk mining in Europe – and for the largest deposits of this mineral in Poland. The facility's facades, their layout, and the materials used allude to this natural wealth, creating architecture firmly rooted in the local context.
To optimize construction and operating costs, innovative spatial solutions were introduced, such as a rushing river in the shape of a "figure eight." This allows a single water feature to perform multiple functions – allowing children and adults to play, change directions, float with the current, or struggle against its force.

Additionally, a number of attractions are planned that don't require electricity, significantly reducing operating costs without sacrificing entertainment value. These include a water swing, a climbing wall, and "floating leaves." The recreation area also includes spa tubs and a safe, dedicated area for children, separated from the main pool hall, enhancing the comfort of all users.

The sports hall has been completely separated from the recreational area, allowing both areas to operate independently. This allows, for example, the sports pool to be exclusively available to schools without having to close the entire complex to other guests.
The sauna complex, located on the third floor, is accessible both directly from the recreational pool hall and independently for non-pool users. The saunas' location provides exceptional views of the pool area, combining relaxation with a unique spatial experience.
