The project envisions the creation of a compact, five-story mini office campus inspired by a philosophy of minimalism and simplicity, reflected in the company’s products. The key distinguishing feature is a modular spatial structure and a flexible functional layout, allowing for the free configuration of usable spaces.
The architecture combines a corporate character with high-quality shared and recreational areas—designed both to create a distinctive company showroom and to enhance the everyday experience of employees through a range of amenities.
White RED DOT – modular minimalism
The project is a reinterpretation of the contemporary work environment—flexible, multifunctional, and user-centered. Thanks to its modular structure, the building can evolve alongside the company’s needs, forming a dynamic organism rather than a static office layout.
The building is located in Wolbrom as an independent structure with the character of a corporate campus. The design establishes its own clear spatial identity based on minimalism and the logic of modularity.
The inspiration comes from the company’s philosophy—simplicity, precision, and repeatability—mirroring its most recognizable product, an ice cream display freezer awarded the Red Dot Design Award. The Red Dot Design Award is one of the most prestigious international industrial design competitions, often referred to as the “Oscar of design.” Established in 1955, it honors outstanding products, concepts, and visual communication for quality, innovation, and functionality. The iconic “red dot” is a global symbol of design excellence.
This approach resonates with the design philosophy known from Apple Inc.. The building’s aesthetic directly reflects these ideas: clean forms, a restrained material palette, and clear geometry.
The project is based on the idea of a modular, flexible structure that allows functions to be freely shaped according to user needs. The building combines workspaces, recreational areas, and short-term stay facilities, creating a cohesive corporate mini-campus.
The inspiration stems from a philosophy of simplicity and minimalism, expressed through clear geometry, the repetition of modules, and a legible spatial organization. The functional program is arranged in a vertical hierarchy—from public zones on the ground floor to more private functions on the upper levels.
The structure is based on a regular modular grid, allowing for flexible spatial configurations without structural constraints. The ground floor accommodates publicly accessible functions (canteen, restaurant with a garden, children’s zone), the first floor houses a wellness area (fitness, gym, saunas, medical rooms), the second and third floors contain offices and open-plan workspaces, while the fourth floor features a hotel section with apartments, terraces, and gardens.
Selected apartments include private infinity pools, enhancing the standard of use and giving the building a premium character.
An important element is the double-skin façade, which improves comfort and energy efficiency. Thanks to its modular structure, the building enables the simultaneous operation of different zones, their integration, and easy adaptation—creating a dynamic and evolving environment for work and everyday use.
